Flexible Capital Access

Through our innovative revolving fund system, farmers receive inputs and equipment on credit, repaying after harvest. This model ensures sustainable access to capital while building farmer capacity.

How the Revolving Fund Works:

Step 1

Input Provision

Farmers receive seeds, fertilizers, tools, and equipment on credit at the start of the season

Step 2

Production & Sales

Farmers grow and harvest their crops, then sell through our guaranteed market linkages

Step 3

Repayment

After harvest, farmers repay from their sales proceeds, keeping their profit margin

Step 4

Reinvestment

Funds are reinvested to support more farmers, creating a sustainable cycle of empowerment

📦

Market Linkages

We connect farmers directly to export buyers and domestic markets, eliminating middlemen and ensuring stable, fair prices.

Market Access Features:

  • Stable Contracts: Guaranteed buyers for produce, reducing market uncertainty
  • Bulk Sales: Collective aggregation enables better pricing and logistics efficiency
  • Collective Bargaining: Farmers negotiate as a group for fair terms
  • Quality Assurance: Training ensures produce meets export standards
  • Cold Storage: Access to storage facilities reduces post-harvest losses
  • Logistics Support: TruckPool system for efficient transportation to markets

Key Partners: Kenya Horticultural Exporters (KHE), Frigoken, Nairobi Farmers Market, and other export buyers
